Daule, also known as Santa Clara de Daule, is an Ecuadorian city; cantonal head of the homonymous canton and the fourth largest and most populated city in the province of Guayas. It is located in the center-south of the Ecuadorian coastal region, in an extensive plain, on the left bank of the Daule River, at an altitude of 7 meters above sea level and with a tropical rainy climate of 25 ° C on average.
The territory of the Daule canton is crossed by a large number of rivers and streams. The most important river is called Daule.
