Canton Santa Ana. It is a canton of the Province of Manabí. Its cantonal head is the city of Santa Ana.
This canton has a beautiful valley, surrounded by hills and mountains such as: Bonce, Sasay, El Mate, La Cuesta and La Unión; he is reclining like a sultana from the east on the banks of the Portoviejo river and watched over by the majestic towers of his church; Santa Ana looks with optimism on its future and marches to the vanguard of the other towns that make up the Province of Manabí.
